Women in Lubricants – No Limits!
Multisol has been confirmed as a sponsor of the inaugural Women in Lubricants Conference, which will take place at 116 Pall Mall, London in March 2020.
Hosted by Lube magazine, the first ever ‘Women in the Lubricants Industry – No Limits!’ conference is both a celebration of women in a sector traditionally dominated by men and a step towards closing the diversity gap.
Scheduled to take place during International Women’s Week, the conference provides a platform to discuss and determine best practice for a successful future strategy across the sector and explore gender engagement, recruitment, retention, personal development, mentoring, leadership, empowerment and progression. It will also look at best practise in supporting and guiding women on their professional journey as well as broadening perceptions and encouraging transformation within the industry.
Speakers will include former RAF Front Line Tornado Pilot Mandy Hickson, Valentina Serra Holm, VP Global Product Marketing, Calumet Speciality Products and President UEIL and Founder of Corrotherm International and Non exec Chairman of Millers Oils, Jan Ward.

Multisol’s parent company Brenntag is a founding member and supporter of “Initiative Women into Leadership” (IWiL). The non-profit organisation was founded at the end of 2017 and aims to establish a career network for female managers from all sectors and to promote their development through a cross-mentoring programme.
